Material Submission
Prior to our meeting, you will submit your child’s educational log and select work samples. Our checklist ensures you only submit what is necessary, saving you time and organizational stress.

Celebration Session
We will meet virtually or in the Studio for a brief, positive conversation with you and your child. This is an opportunity to discuss their favorite projects, areas of growth, and what they loved learning about this year.

Official Evaluation Letter
Following our session, you will promptly receive your formal, state-compliant evaluation letter confirming your child’s educational progress, ready to be uploaded to your district or Step Up portal.
