Choose the Right Studio Fit

Paddock Learning operates on a 12-week cycle with Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday options. Families can choose a focused schedule or a comprehensive studio experience built around foundational skill growth.

Admissions Process

Because our Learning Pods are intentionally kept small at a strict 1:5 ratio, we are highly selective. We want to ensure the environment is the perfect fit for your child’s unique learning style and your family’s educational goals.

Discovery Call

Start by scheduling a complimentary 15-minute Google Meet to discuss your child’s needs, the Paddock Learning philosophy, and whether the Studio is the right next step.

Studio Visit

If we decide to move forward after the call, your family will be invited to visit the Learning Studio so your child can explore the environment and experience the space.

Families receive comprehensive progress updates every four weeks, offering a clear look at foundational skill development, project milestones, and personal growth.

Private Application

Following a successful visit, you will receive a private enrollment application link so we can gather educational history and final details for placement.

Enrollment & Scheduling

Once accepted, we will finalize your child’s schedule, secure your spot with the required deposit, and set up Step Up For Students payment authorizations.

Progress & Investment

Clear Communication and Flexible Billing

Because our curriculum is highly tailored to your child’s individual goals, families receive comprehensive progress updates every four weeks. These updates highlight foundational skill development, project milestones, and personal growth so you are always informed and engaged.

Paddock Learning is a proud, approved Step Up For Students Provider. Billing is processed monthly, and a $200 deposit secures your child’s schedule for the upcoming 12-week cycle while being fully applied toward your out-of-pocket balance.

What age group does the Learning Studio serve?

The Paddock Learning Studio is currently tailored specifically for students in grades K-2. This allows us to focus deeply on foundational literacy, early mathematics, and fostering a love of learning during these critical developmental years.

What is the class size?

To ensure every child receives highly individualized attention and coaching, our Learning Pods are strictly capped at a 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio.

What are the schedule options?

We offer Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday cohorts. Families can enroll for Reading only, Math only, or the comprehensive 3-hour block from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Do you follow a traditional school calendar?

No. Paddock Learning operates on 12-week intensive cycles with scheduled breaks so students have uninterrupted time to build mastery and confidence.

How does billing work with Step Up scholarships?

At the end of each month, families authorize payment for completed services through the Step Up EMA portal. Any remaining out-of-pocket balance is invoiced monthly and can be paid online.

How do I enroll my child?

Enrollment begins with a free 15-minute Discovery Call. From there, families may be invited to a Studio Visit, followed by a private application and enrollment steps if the fit is right.
